Cardinal Woods Community is a community of 187 homes in Cardinal Woods and 9 homes in Cardinal Woods estates, ideally located in Pineville, NC close to the South Carolina border. You might expect a busy, urban feel to this prime area. Not so!
Although adjacent to the well known banks such as Wells Fargo and Bank of America and few miles away from the ever-expanding Ballantyne area and Carolina Place Mall, this rare community boasts a country like panorama and the historical town of Pineville site within it’s quiet boundaries. All within minutes of I-77, I-85 and I-485 and Carowinds theme park.
